First step is to log into my.pltw.org

Then click on the LMS button on top

Then accept the classes Mr. Embrick has assigned you

Make sure you are in the Introductory Course.  Design and Modeling (DM) will be at a later date.  Click courses on top to see which units I opened up for you to view.

Look to the right and you will see an assignment, click on it.  It should be lesson 1.1.2 It is usually title "To Do"

You can look at modules and open up the PowerPoint or the assignment  Powerpoint is usually listed as PTT and the word document is listed under DOC.

Once the assignment is open, click on the yellow button on top that says "enable edit" to allow you to type on the documents

Type in your answers to question 3 (the one with object, science, tech, math and engineering boxes.  Remember that you need two of these) Answer the conclusion questions in complete sentences.

Click Save as and the name is already set (or you can name it).  Save it to your desktop Do this by clicking on desktop before you save.  Once you save, you will see the word DOC on the desktop.

Click submit button once you have attached the file to the assignment in LMS.  Go to file upload and browse by clicking desktop.  Find your word DOC and double click to attach the file.  Submit assignment and don't forget to add a comment if you want.  Something like, Mr. Embrick is the BEST and most AWESOME teacher EVER!!!!

Another option is to take a photo and use a flash drive to save the photo on.  Download the photo to the computer and then attach it to a word document.  Save and then submit the word document.
