Intel suggests that Mr. Sinister has recruited the evil mastermind, Dr. Malicious. Dr. Malicious was last seen in Northern Ireland working on using magnetism to attract meteors. DCMS special agent Coach Todd believes that Dr. Malicious plan to use the meteors to target the new DCMS recruits located in a secret training facility in the suburbs of Houston.
